From Heart Surgery to Bodybuilding Champion

Whenever Pax Beale appears in the media, people from all over the world seek him out to discover his secret for completely reversing his severe heart disease, losing weight and building the body of his dreams. Now, Pax shares his inspiring personal story and outlines the specific step-by-step program and philosophy that made his miraculous journey from heart surgery to bodybuilding champion possible.

With great wisdom and insight, Pax explains how you, too, can experience the benefits of the Body for the Ages lifestyle program whether you desire a healthy heart, weight loss, or to build a body of your dreams. His philosophy and easy-to-follow, multi-step program can help you overcome stress, have more confidence, feel great in your body, and yes, even have better sex! Pax gets personal and shows you how to live a wonderful life and have fun doing it. He has been there and done that, like no one else you will ever meet.

This book is the Bible of the Body for the Ages lifestyle. Pax explains each of the four steps:nutrition, training, supplements, and the principle of total commitment in great detail. He also introduces important research into the cardiac benefits of the nutritional supplement Creatine/Pyruvate, which he strongly believes was the key component of his remarkable recovery. If I did it, why can’t you or someone you love? he asks.

This is a true, real-life story that proves it is possible to maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor in the face of life threatening heart problems. You will meet the love of Pax’s life, Sophie Taggart: Ms. America, Ms. World, and Ms. Universe, and learn how they got married on the way to the operating room. It’s a genuine and moving love story that is sure to touch your heart.

So join Pax in the fight against the two killers on the loose among us: heart disease and obesity by becoming a member of the Body for the Ages team. "Together we can defeat them!," says Beale, "Don’t wait until tragedy strikes, start living your dream today with the Body for the Ages lifestyle!"

Pax Says...

Here is just a sampling of the inspiration you will find among the pages of Body for the Ages: From Heart Surgery to Bodybuilding Champion… Buy it here now for less!

Surely you know, or don’t you know? That you can start a workout or exercise program at such a gentle level you barely break a sweat . Then you can gradually progress from there, doing more at a slightly greater intensity when you’re ready for it. It’s called progression, and that’s what we do in various areas of life, start at a level we can handle and gradually, sometimes almost imperceptibly, increase the degree of difficulty from there. The school system we all went through is a perfect example. You didn’t take calculus or nuclear physics in the first grade, did you? So why would you start with the exercise equivalent of calculus or nuclear physics when you first start an exercise program? Yet many people shy away from exercise based on some notion that this is exactly what’s going to happen. I call it the P.T.A. Phobia, fear that exercise means Pain, Torture and Agony.

It’s simple: People who make fitness their lifestyle automatically become fitter and leaner. The key, therefore, is to make a lifestyle of being physically active, combined with quality nutrition, rather than concentrating on losing weight through dieting and counting calories.

What I did know was that you have only one heart and something was amiss even after my five-way heart bypass surgery. I may have viewed myself previously as a macho man (and I did, in fact, box competitively in my younger days), so I prided myself on being able to grit my teeth and hang tough. But all those kind of pseudo tough guy male hang-ups disappear when the heart's not functioning correctly, even if it is not creating pain.

I often hear: "How do you do it at your age?" "It must take a lot of work" (and all this time I thought I was doing it for fun). "You are my inspiration." Being an "inspiration" denotes some sort of outside force impacting someone to get motivated and make an effort to accomplish something. I believe effort and motivation comes from within, and applied properly, you can use those characteristics to be forever young. It's when you give weight to your values and combine intensity with mindfulness in your fitness lifestyle that it happens naturally and as a matter of course!"
