Directions:
Full Cycle - 8-weeks (2 boxes): Week 1: one (1) tablet in 8 oz of water for 5 days, off 2 days. Week 2, 3, 4,: Two (2) tablets in 8 oz of water for 5 days, off 2 days. Week 5, 6, 7: Three (3) tablets in 8 oz of water for 5 days, off 2 days. Week 8: Off

Half Cycle - 4 weeks (1 box): Dissolve 2 tablets in 8 oz of water every morning or night for 5 days. Skip 2 days and repeat cycle. For best results take on an empty stomach, preferably 1/2 hour prior to mealtime and at least 2 hours following mealtime.

For maximum utilization, dosage should be consumed on an empty stomach in one of two ways:

1) as soon as you wake up AND 1/2 hour before breakfast OR
2) right before you go to sleep AND (2) hours after dinner.
