This is the most fabulous muscle film discovery in many years -a collection of rare, classic 16mm movie films. From these films I obtained classic footage of contests, barbell pump-ups, lifting events, posing segments at contests and outdoors, presentations by famous people such as a very young Steeve Reeves, muscle control, hand balancing, and other highlights from the muscle game.

I have converted this unique collection of films to video so that you may view and enjoy these exciting days gone by. Relish the nostalgia of a great era and see the pioneers of our sport in their prime.

Grimek.The overall quality of these rare movies is surprisingly good. But the films are old, some over 45 years, and several segments being repeated.

But the unique value of this video goes beyond the quality, the early camera work and the content. Such is the excitement of seeing such rare glimpses of history. This video is a ‘rare gem’ - a true collector’s item!
