Most products will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) based on weight and destination. We ship most orders within 2 business days, except drop shipments. (See Drop Shipments notes below.) Depending on shipping method, allow 7-10 business days for delivery from date shipped out of Home Gym Warehouse.

Some items such as heavy equipment, dropships and downloadables require special shipping and/or handling. In some cases, these items must be ordered separately. If you receive a shipping conflict message on your checkout pages, this is the most likely reason. Please read this entire page as well as any restrictions noted on the product description page.
Please note that items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together and may be received separately. Your credit card will not be charged until your order or applicable portion of your order is ready for shipment, which may be 1-2 days prior to actual shipment.
Military, APO/FPO Orders:
For military locations and APO/FPO address, in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait for the military to route the package to you. This could be days or weeks. Please contact your local HWAC officer for details.

Drop Shipments are items or products shipped directly from the manufacturer after we have processed your order. These items are identified by the phrase "Dropship Item" next to Availability below the order button. Most equipment will ship UPS Ground. Sorry there are no expedited (UPS 2Day or UPS Next Day) services for dropshipped equipment (ex. Powertec, Schiek).
*We do not ship all equipment overseas. Call us to get a shipping quote to your area if you live outside the Continental USA. If an item does not let you choose international shipping, please call us.
*For U.S. Domestic Ab Bench Orders: Shipping $41.00 via UPS Ground. Expect 7-10 business days for delivery.
*Due to various rate differences and depending on the items ordered, your rate fees may vary. It is important that you contact the Home Gym Warehouse Sales Department for delivery quotes to your area.
*UPS 2Day and UPS Next services for Equipment will cost much more than the standard ground service due to the weight and dimensions of these products. If you have any questions, please call us.
*Additional handling fees apply for large/heavy items. If your order total is below $199, add $20, $200-$600 = $55, $601-$2000 = $75, over $2000 = $95.

International Shipping & Handling
*Canadian orders ship either UPS to Canada, UPS Worldwide Express or via United States Postal Service (USPS). All other foreign countries ship either First Class International (4-6 weeks for delivery), Priority Mail International (2-4 weeks for delivery) or Express Mail International (10-14 days for delivery). Shipping costs will increase for faster shipping methods.
*We calculate shipping rates in a manner that approximates our actual shipping costs.
*Shipping rates vary depending on the (1) size/weight of the item and (2) your location. Small items such as DVDs cost less to ship and large/heavy items (such as equipment and supplements) cost more to ship.
*Please note that UPS charges approximately 50% more for deliveries to certain remote areas. If we determine that the actual shipping costs will be substantially more than the calculated shipping rate, we will contact you for approval to make an adjustment prior to shipment.
*If a shipping option is chosen by the customer, but that option is not possible or valid, a zero dollar amount may show on the invoice. It is the customer's responsibility to contact customer service for a shipping quote. If the customer submits the order they are agreeing to exact shipping costs quoted by the courier being used for that order.

International Supplement Orders
*All supplements shipped USPS only. Customer is responsible for 100% of the shipping charges.
*There are no refunds or credits for any orders Seized, Destroyed, Stopped by Customs or Lost in Transit.
*It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the products being shipped comply will all international laws and ensure that all ingredients are 100% legal in the country they are being shipped to.
*We will not refund shipping charges on orders that are returned after being stopped by customs.
*There are no returns on supplement orders.

We are required by law to reveal the contents of packages shipped to all countries and must state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your final destination.
The customer is responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs brokerage fees. These amounts must be paid at the time of delivery, so please choose a shipping address at which someone will be able to accept delivery. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
If for any reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by customs officials or delivery is otherwise unsuccessful, shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply if we need to reship a package that is returned to us due to delivery problems.

*Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. We can ship most of the supplements we carry, however, various other products have been banned such as testosterone boosters, growth hormone precursors, ephedrine based supplements, and the ingredient vitamin K.
*If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
*Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a US bank. All credit card orders, please include the issuing bank name and telephone number so we can verify name and address of the cardholder.
*You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply at time of delivery. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.
*On supplement orders a description of the package contents on the Customs form, will read "Nutritional Supplements". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.
*Some countries allow for importation of otherwise disallowed products "for personal use only," but not for resale. Check with your Customs office. We do not accept orders from Italy, Venezuela, Brazil, South Africa, Ghana or Bulgaria due to consistent rejection of packages by Customs and credit card fraud in those areas.
*We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to Home Gym Warehouse within 24 hours of receipt. Please call us during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday at 805-385-3500, ext. 325. At our discretion, we may contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. During period of notification and inspection we will contact you with further proceedings, i.e. merchandise credit, product reshipment, etc.

No returns accepted on Books, Videos or DVD's, no exceptions. Limited 30-day guarantee on supplements (all protein products are exempt/non-returnable) and equipment. Guarantee applies to individual purchases only. For product refund requests, please call us during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday at 805-385-3500, ext. 325 prior to returning any merchandise. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
Unopened or partially used merchandise must be returned at your expense (equipment included) in order to receive credit. The invoice number for your order or your personalized customer Identification number must be on the shipping label when returning or we will refuse the package. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. *Every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry. However, on occasion, we may run out of certain products, particularly sale items. In this case, we will mark the product "backordered" on our web site or you can call us at any time to check on availability. If any product is not in stock for an order, we can either hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available or send a partial order. Please confirm with your Sales Associate which option you prefer. Remember you will only be charged for what is shipped.
*For partial shipments where expedited is selected, only the first shipment is sent expedited delivery and the cost is adjusted accordingly. All back ordered item(s) will automatically be shipped Ground. However, customers who want Air/Express delivery on the entire shipment will be charged for expedited service of the remaining shipment when the product becomes available.
